About the Author

Dr. Marchand is a Canadian-born international educator, faculty developer and educational researcher who has taught and trained students and teachers in instructional and curriculum design for around fifteen years in Canada, Vietnam, Ghana and Tanzania. Dr. Marchand specializes curriculum design for adult and higher education, and having worked and researched in different postcolonial countries, he focuses on critical, decolonial and intercultural approaches to teaching, cross-border educational transfer and educational development.
